To get connected directly with IMB technitian service person in real-time mode:

1. Download PC programm. Notice the folder where your download is stored.
2. Run stored executable.
3. Enter information about youself.
4. Select (if applicable) service operator you instructed to connect to.


When connected our techitian will check your settings and tune them for best performance.
