Attention all online customers!
 
The online subscription is for one player ONLY. You are not allowed to watch two streams simultaneously. Therefore if you share your username and password with your friends or family only one of you will be able to watch TV at a given time.
 
All support for online subscriptions is done through email only. IMB+ Records does not accept phone calls for online support. If you have a problem please email
support@imb-plus.tv and you will be replied during regular business hours.

For users with Internet Explorer browser ver.7. To be able to watch to the TV programms please notice that you have to enable some security options of the browser on Tools->Internet options->Advanced->Securty->Enable native XMLHTTP support The check mark near the last should be on!

To be able to successfully listen to the Russian radio online you need to install Windows Media Player and Real Player because Russian radio is being broadcasted in both formats.

IMPORTANT:
In order to be able to successfully listen to Russian Radio Online (watch Russian TV Online) your browser MUST allow Java and cookies! Otherwise you will either have no sound, black screen or will not be able to watch TV on full screen.
